Hmmm, I don't think they'll pull it off tonight in Detroit, but I'm pulling for them. I think they'll win the series though.

I also think they win the whole thing. Dallas is good, but they have no answer for Shaq or Dwayne Wade. If Detroit can't play defense on them, no one can. Phoenix might be able to "out run" them, but I think that's only good for a couple wins.

I root for Dallas as Mr. Cuban is my online Idol

Seriously there is no stopping the Wade/Shaq combo. Will be nice to send Detroit packing they have won enough lately.

Cuban is fun to follow isn't he? He's always getting fined. He just went into the stands yesterday to defend Avery Johnson's wife, lol.

My friends and I use his name as a verb, if we don't know to do something, cubanize.

Me, I am a Suns fan, Steve Nash with his radar like targeting on the passing is a joy to watch.
Detroit, although I do like them as a team, lost a lot of respect in my book with how full of themselves they seemed coming into Cleveland.
Miami has been playing hard and as long as Wade stays healthy should be able to push past Detroit.
As for the Mavs, the finally got past San Antonio which for them should be like winning a championship.

By my favorites I would like things to end up like this:
    1. Suns
    2. Miami
    3. Mavs
    4. Detroit

But I have a feeling it will end up like:
    1. Miami
    2. Mavs
    3. Suns
    4. Detroit

30 more minutes, I think I might order pizza to enjoy the game

I'm a Magic fan but I like the players and coach Miami has. I think they finish them tonite so they can get a little rest. Miami by 12.

Not in Detriot's house. The Wallace duo will wake up for this one. Miami will probably win but not until game 6.

I don't know, beat them in their house first game and only lost by 4 in the second. It's a message game Miami saying "We own your ass" and they're going to handle them in their own house. We'll see, it's going to be a great game, can't wait. But if it ain't this one, it'll be the next. Riley is 11-0 when up 3-1.

Right, but this is the Detriot Pistons who beat that other Shaq team. Although they don't seem to have the fire this year, especially to beat Miami three games straight, I am sticking to my game 6 prediction. Luckily I already have cold pizza in the fridge (where is a pizza eating smilie when you need one?)

The flu? What's he doing having the flu in the Spring time. It's good they win so he has some time off to get better. Yeah, some of Jordans best games were when he was sick

Nice! It's their first time in the finals. If Dallas wins that series, it'll be their first finals as well. Either way (Dallas/Phoenix), it'll be a fun finals to watch. I'll figure out then who I am gonna root for.

This should be a great finals.

It's the 1st time since 1975 (!!) without a team in the finals that regularly makes appearances there.

It's great, nice to see some new teams. Next year I think Phoenix for the West, if Amare stays healthy for the year. I think if they had him this year they would be in the Finals for sure. I'll bump this thread up next year when they're in
