    Quality of traffic
This obviously varies depending on the type of merchant/product promoted and the SE's used... but what are people's experience with the quality of PPC SE clicks vs. organic SE clicks vs. banners/text clicks on niche sites (I guess you'd call these "content clicks"), in terms of which clicks convert the best? I do mostly PPC, and I'm wondering if I should in general expect better or worse conversion rates. Or more pressingly, do PPC clicks that convert to sales tend to have a higher chance of being reversed due to poorer quality? Thanks.

My experience is that it varies. Sometimes, natural search traffic is better. Sometimes, PPC traffic is better. Sometimes, traffic from niche sites or forums is better.

I've noticed that some products lend themselves to PPC better than others.

Some products are just hard to explain in three lines -- or the main keywords are shared with other products creating a "fuzzy" area of poorly focused advertising.

For example, I've been doing some advertising lately for an "email service provider". What a nightmare! Every keyword conceivable is fuzzy. It would sure be a lot easier to PPC market "weight loss snake oil".

Your question probably leaves too many variables open to have a meaningful answer.

Yeah, I should have figured. I'm obviously fixated on the reversal issue, since it was never a big deal until now. Just grasping at straws trying to figure out if it's something I'm doing, PPC or otherwise. I think I've learned a vast amount over the past few days due to this failure. And of course the ABWers who've really helped!

    Congratulations aahh,

While you may not have PM'S rights yet, at least you have managed to get a title already.

    You lucky dog, you!

If you click on aahh's name it appears as if you could send him a PM.

    I tried

Maybe the PM was not delivered?

    I didn't request a send receipt

    But at least I tried

You CAN send him a PM, and he WILL receive it. BUT. He won't be able to read it until he has {some unknown number of} posts.

Well it's more post than me since I still can't PM. I guess one day it'll work. I wouldn't mind if they limit me to even one PM a week or something.
