Where can I get a really good and realiable Password Protection script for a members only page that I am creating??? I am willing to make it one password for everyone if necessary. I came across www.authpro.com and cgi-city.com

Someone help - I'd like to launch this site by tomorrow.

try
http://javascript.internet.com/

I think I saw one there. I've used some of their other scripts and they seemed to work fine. I haven't tried that one in particular, however.

Get a good reliable host that offers it!

I hear that....I'd stay away from the javascript password scripts..every one I have seen is easy to break, and I am by no means a hacker (in some cases, just a matter of looking at the source code)

I've been wondering about that. If I put the Java in a SSI file in a protected directory, would they still be able to get at it?

Probably...SSI still inserts the code in the page...if it is protected, I'm not sure the code will work properly...

If you're running Apache or a similar Linux/Unix box you can do this with the .htaccess file I think.

Also have a look at Free-CGI who have some decent hosted scripts.
