    Targeting the USA market only
We all know in order to see the adwords competition for a keyword in the United Kingdom you go to www.google.co.uk/ and to in France http://www.google.fr. How can you see the adwords ads for the USA only market? Is there one?

this isn't the "within Google's framework" answer I think you're looking for, but it'll work from the Caribbean...

Yea, what donuts said is a good idea. Sometimes I have to use a proxy even IN the USA because my stupid ISP doesn't update their DNS fast enough and I don't see changes I need to see.
