Has anyone done well with them? It seems from my experience that if you start sending them any significant traffic, they start suspecting you of fraudulent behavior and refuse to effect payment.

It's the 8th of the month & I don't see the Encaisser button in the payment management page. Anybody else getting this?

My experience with Cibleclick so far:

    1. Late payments. Really Late. Still haven't been paid for August even though they promise payment each month by the 23rd.

    2. Rude customer service. Really rude. You have no idea how unprofessional the stuff these guys send you is. Most emails to customer service are just ignored too (inquiries about late payments, for example).

    3. Tracking goes out for weeks at a time. No warning before or message after. You just notice that some of your merchants have big gaps in their transaction history, even though your traffic to them was constant.

These guys are plain unbelievable. Their October payment is 2 months late now and they're claiming they wire transfered it over several weeks ago. I never received that transfer, and they're incapable apparently of providing any proof it was sent (i.e. a wire transfer reference number). Something stinks to high heaven at Cibleclick...
