    Question Ancestry.com
Where do I sign up for the Ancestry.com program? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

    just an aside:
I hear complaints from locals that do genealogy professionally about ancestry.com publishing their work under ancestry.com's copyright

    Exclamation
the local claim has been that they invite their users to submit their own genealogies. but then they publish them under their own copyright.

not my thing, but I hear that a lot here.

out of fairness I have no idea what is in their TOS or other conditions.

Thanks to all. For some reason, I was under the impression it was in a network, but it looks like it's an indie then.

BeFree was bought out by CJ. It will migrate to CJ in a few months.
