I wanted to get your thoughts on a proposed payout. Its a $90 payout for a subscription service paid out in two installments.
1) Payout $45 upon sign-up
2) Payout $45 after 3 months if the user is still subscribed
The service is pay as you go - not prepaid 12 months or anything like that. At $20/month, there is a high risk for the business if entire $90 is paid out immediately.
1) Is there any concern here? What are your thoughts on the two installments?
2) Would you rather promote this deal or another (with similar payout) but with a sign-up that has a 12-month prepay?
Let me know what you think. Thanks!!
