Web Position Gold does the trick. You can download a free trial version to see if it suits your requirements.

    Hi Perlman (and welcome),

I do it manually Since I don't have direct access to my site's access logs I use the strangely named Fishhoo! Fishtracker to log the past seven days low-level stats including search keywords.. I then just find the top performing keywords and save them in a spreadsheet. Simple enough (and free!)

Fishtracker's not that sophisticated, so I supplement it with the free version of WebTrends Live - they complement each other quite well.

For ranking reports, you should try AgentWebRanking from www.agentwebranking.com and for quality search engine traffic analysis, you should get yourself a copy of Advance Logger from www.perlonline.com . They both currently offer fully functional free versions, and AdvLogger in particular is an excellent tracker (no log files needed).

You do need to be a little careful using automated ranking report tools, pretty much all the search engines hate them and are prepared to ban by IP for over-use.
