    Declined Application
I've tried to register to Shareasale.com a couple of times and all the times I get "Declined"

In the first times I believed the fact I used HTML only & not a top level domain were the reasons for my application to be declined

However, after buying a domain and working hard on a new website, I still got "Application DECLINED" and I was so surprised to see that

Why I get all the times "Declined"?

What should I do to get finally "Approved"?

Should I have a website like Google & Yahoo? Is this the only way to get "Approved" to ShareASale.com ?

I got declined several times too. Took off the gambling site links which I thought could hurt the site quality, still got declined...I wrote them a long email asking for detail explanation, nobody response at all. I guess they don't care.

    Keep trying.

With some I even have to resort to using the names of close inlaws ect until I get one thru. Sometimes it makes no sense why some do or don't...in as much as they won't tell you why.

I can't speak about experience with Share-A-Sale cuz I have yet to join in on the incredible phenomenon.

Well, my website is one top level domain, has no porn inside, I stated it's an incentive site in my application but I don't think that should be the problem

I guess I'll just contact them by phone

As for the 2 suggestions posted up here - I don't think it's a matter of time, and "keep trying" is something you should do when you know what to do

Here - I don't know what to do, what should I imporve, as I tried to make the very best website I can!

I don't see any reason in the TOS for them to automatically decline your application. Perhaps you'll get an answer here when they get back.

    from the TOS:

If you run or utilize an incentive website, you MAY participate in shareasale.com's pay-per-click and pay-per-lead programs ONLY IF you receive specific written (fax or email are ok as well) permission from the merchant. You must also copy this specific permission to us, and that permission must detail exactly what kind of incentive your users have to click the links. Without this permission, your commissions may be voided. You are allowed to participate in any pay-per-sale programs without any special permission.

Well, I spoke to them on the phone, they told me it has nothing to do with me, it simply difficult to get into their system without meeting some criterions (that has nothing to do with your website basically)

Do whatever you want with this information, have a gr8 day!

What's their phone number? I want to talk to them too. My site works perfectly fine with CJ, linkshare, performics....almost all other affiliate networks. The email I send to them has been almost three weeks. I don't think I need to wait for that email response and i'm not going to try 100 different email address unless they tell me that the reason they reject me is because my email looks dis-qualify to be their affiliate. CJ probably will more than happy to keep me as their 5-bar super performers.

It's listed very clearly on their website:

    Email: shareasale@shareasale.com

    Phone: 312-321-0487
    Fax: 312-321-0488
