    signing up with CJ
    Hi,

I just signed up for the first time with CJ and when i tried to join a couple of programs, i was told that I have been rejected.. not sure why though? I would like to talk to someone on the phone but I can't seem to find any contact details anywhere? Just found an option to submit a support request but nothing beyond that..

    any suggestions?

    Phone: 805-730-8000
    Fax: 805-730-8001

The support ticket system is horribly slow (taking over two weeks), so I would recommend you call.

try to contact the merchant directly as the am is the only person who can let you in. ask why you were rejected and let them know what your plans were and where the links would go.

    CJ simply does the accounting.

    any suggestions?
As you're just starting with CJ, consider investing your time and money in an honest and more friendly network like ShareASale or you can also contact directly the merchants. Many have their own tracking system.

And along those same lines, click on the Commission Junction links here and read the latest news about CJ. Their recent implementation of the JavaScript links has the affiliate industry in an uproar and their future is quite uncertain at this point with both merchants and affiliates abandoning ship.

Up until this point they had been a very strong network, a leader in the field actually, but now that they are under new ownership (ValueClick) we are seeing some undesirable changes.

Thank you all for your advice, much appreciated. I will look into shareasale. Would you recommend shareasale over azoogleads?

    Thanks!
