    I, and others, have asked this several times over several months but have never received an answer. Not sure if it happens when they do some unannounced upgrade or if their system crashes or what, but they have been real secretive about it.

    Upgrade was probably the wrong word. Maintenance might have been better.

    But the fact is, it is a real unknown as to why this keeps happening.

    I wish Danix was still with the company. He was always good about letting us know what the technial issues were. Every company has problems from time to time, but at least with him you felt you were getting an honest answer.

    Just let it go, it's ok, no one will be mad. My parents back in the day had both a VHS player and Betamax player. Had to let that Betamax player go. But I will say the Betamax player actually worked. So probably not a good analogy
