    Can somebody from LS contact them or look into the problem. I've sent off an email, no response. Others having issues too.

    I talked to the Account Manager and we are not aware of any tracking issues at this time. Both LinkShare and PetsMart are looking into this.

    He was having trouble getting any good response from them. I've emailed them and heard nothing back. Like I posted, I used to convert at 8%, last 500+ clicks 0. 8% x 500 should have gotten me somewhere around 40 sales. Not zero, that tells me there is a problem somewhere since I'm sending the traffic the same way. Will have to call up my ex and let her to a test purchase and see what happens.

    Not sure if this is going to help any or not. My niece just emailed me to be on the lookout for an order since she just took advantage of their Free Shipping offer and ordered from them today. I'm not positive but think they only show as a sale under the reports when the order has actually been shipped. In the past her orders have always been credited. If there's still a problem I can give them the information for her order.

    I have bought things from PetsMart a year or 2 ago and it was via Fatwallet.
    never had a problem there but they might have change things recently

    My niece's order was shipped 3 days afterwards and I received the credit for it. Don't know if this will help any or not. When she visited Petsmart I think she clicked just one of the 120x60 standard banners that updates with the current offer. It wasn't any specific product link or anything.

    I just recently noticed... even though I am sending thousands of click throughs a month, in July 1/3 of my sales were non-commissionable; in Aug 1/2 of my sales were non-commissionable; so far this month ALL but one of my sales are non-commissionable; they all say Return Days Exceeded.

    I have contacted them and haven't had a reply. Just searched my email to make sure, I haven't even received a newsletter from them since 9/12/2005!
