    Who do I ask?
    I am a new user of GoldenCan and am having some issues. I don't know whether to take them to the merchant, or GC.

    This is what is happening. With one merchant I have a link to what I thought would be products from their whole store. . .but it is only one page with 10 items. But the link I created to one of their product line has 9+ pages. This does not make sense to me.

    Next issue is with Amazon.com. Tried to pull in some DVD's and the text for the description of the product doesn't wrap. The description goes on and on on one line.

    I have not made this page "live" yet because of that issue.

    Hi Bridgett,
    I received your email. I was going to reply to the email and saw your message. I will reply on both places.
    You have created a store for CollectiblesToday.com for the sub category instead of creating for the whole store that is why you are only seeing a small number of products. Change the category drop down to entire store in your store modify page.

    For the second link I am not seeing Amazon DVD, looks like you have changed the store category. Can you please show me the category you have problem with so we can fix it?

    I am sorry about asking this question in both places (email & board), but just realized for some reason you were at the Orlando Conference, and was hoping not to overload your tasks when you got back. That someone else may figure out what I've done. . .or tell who to ask.

    I am not quite sure what you are needing. However. . . I created the store integration for Amazon, and then selected DVD Movies listed under "Parent Categories" . . . copied my code and added it.

    At first I thought I was having a problem with the code clashing with WordPress (that happens sometimes with Java Script), came back and only changed # of columns to display and to not show product descriptions, hoping that would help. But it didn't.

    If you should need any further information, I'll try to get it to you the best my understanding of what your need might be. I sort of feel like a fish out of water with GC at the moment, being new and all.
