    Can't bring up performance reports
    Once logged in, I can not bring up the performance reports. All other reports seem to come up fine. Speaking of performance reports, I really like being able to quickly review my stats via the old performance reports structure. I know CJ is offering a limited time special for those of us who prefer convenience. And I also realize that the same basic info will be available via their new structure, but you have to jump through hoops to get it and then scroll across 6 laptops sitting side by side to view it. Grrrr....!!

    I just like convenience. Just a quick, no hassel view on what ads are being clicked on, my impressions vs clicks.. etc......

    Please do not turn basic affiliate marketing into Chinese arithmetic... Advance features are nice, but keep the basics out front and simple.

    Here too - I click on the "Performance Reports" link, and nothing happens.

    They're down on the merchant side too. Maybe the huge day ACLens had yesterday brought down the system

    Yes, they're working on it....I also told them they'd save lots of phone calls if someone took 2 minutes to post it on the client alerts.

    You now have to log in to Value Click or 1-800-Solutions to get the performance reports.

    Updates to Performance Reports Delayed

    Due to system upgrades, updates to performance reports within the CJ Account Managerô will be delayed starting July 21, 2006 at 5:00 PM PDT, until approximately July 24, 2006 at 6:00 AM PDT. During this time reporting will be slow, but tracking and recording of transactions will remain fully functional. If there are any changes to this schedule we will post them to the site and keep you informed.

    In other words it's broken and they don't know how to fix it, but maybe with any luck it will be fixed by the 24th.

    Oh and tracking is not effected.
