    Web Design Software Decision...
OK. I'm not trying to start a flame war. I realize that people sometimes have strong opinions about their s/w preferences. But, I'm going to ask my question anyway:
I'm tending towards purchasing either Dreamweaver or Netobjects Fusion [breathing down DW's neck in a close second] to learn and build my web site with.

I'm interested in hearing people's thought on how these two compare for that purpose. The feeling I have come up with is that they are reasonably equivelent in their capabilities. If I'm honest, it's my long time use of Adobe PS with my photography habit that is the primary reason for my tending towards DreamWeaver.

Thx for any input on this.
    Mike

DW is a solid program and gets better with every revision.

It does CSS well and other new technologies. It checks links, orphaned files, and now validates html although not so well. The new organization of windows is much better. It rocks for managing lots of sites and switching between them.

It is also well known and popular. Helps to use what others use sometimes.

That being said I havent used Netobjects Fusion. Maybe someone that has used both a lot will chime in.

    Thanks for listening....

I am confident you will like it. I use just it and a few handcode programs and that is all I need. The DW help files are pretty good too.

    Enjoy!
