    I however really don't care too much. You're right tho, no one seemed to be shocked

    I always get a kick out of it when somebody goes through great lengths to do a "coming out" announcement when anybody with any sense could tell that they were gay right from the get-go.

    Didn't Elton John wait until sometime in the early 80's to make a big announcement?

    I think Lance was waiting until his N'Sync career had ended, because he was afraid his announcement would lead to the demise of his band and their hunky image

    I think I would have been more shocked had the headline read.. "Breaking News: Lance Bass of N'SYNC...NOT GAY!"

    Didn't their career end nearly a decade ago??? Obviously, any risk to the band's image might have shortened what was a music contribution that changed the way we now listen to music! N'Sync. Ahhhh, the good ol' days of "real" music.
