    LS support problem again
I thought they solved the support problem, because within a few days they responded to support tickets. But probably they are tired from that, because I do get any respons anymore.

There is a problem with one of my checks and it looks like they don't want to solve the problem.

Is there an LS email address from someone who does care about his LS members?

They won't reply your email or ticket at all. Stop dreaming and find some real affiliate networks.

LinkShare's support system is netorious for having problems getting read or answered. Best bet is to call them directly.

There is still hope. A LinkShare Moderator responded through ABW and is probably looking into it.

The thing I don't understand. LS is a very large company, probably making good money, have several good features, but they are not capable of giving proper support. I think it is a good company, but without good support.

LS spend some money on a few support employees, outsource it if needed or add a voting system for support.

Emails to linkshare seldom get a response

This has been noted and complained about for years, but LS just never does anything about it. Quite frankly, that should be a message to us as to their interest in hearing from us.

I did hear through the grapevine that LS was planning some changes, including a dedicated support system, but have never heard it officially from LS. Of course, even if it is implemented, it will be in beta for years....
