And also on how fast and what they are getting into on the way. There's a reason army's wear uniforms even though it makes them easier to spot. Sometimes that's what you want. Uniforms suggest organization, power, and numbers. These, in turn, inspire fear. And, as any good operative knows, there is no more effective weapon than fear.

Just my opinion, but I would say not much. I do not see any inbound links to speak of, there is no customer base, as it is not a developed site, and it is a 4 word domain, so you have no chance for type in traffic, or typos for a different site.
Things that could alter my opinion, would be:
Are any of the other extensions already developed? I once sold a .com for $2K to the owner of the '.tv', who wanted to make sure return traffic flowed to him and not someone else.
Do you have any kind of traffic statistics, something to show potential buyers that there is value?
Finally, they could list the domain at www.sedo.com or www.afternic.com , as listing does not cost. However both of those companies charge a commission which would eat up most if not all the money from the sale of a poor to middlin' domain.
JMO, hey you could find some buyer out there that just wrote a software program or wrote a book with that title, you never know.
As a suggestion, list and park the domain at www.sedo.com , without putting a value in the minimum offer field. That way, a surfer will put in a value that they are willing to pay, and your friend can decide to accept the bid or not, maybe someone will bite. Sedoalso gives you some statistics on traffic to the domain, so that might help if there is some activity that I do not see. And documented activity will draw bids.Following everyone else is a GREAT way to become average.
