    Never, EVER, owned a laptop......

    I like some of the comments about freedom with a laptop, but FREEDOM to me is getting the hell away from my pooter...

    Running my irrigation / landscape biz and NOT being able to run away from the pooter is scary.....

    I love a desktop but trying to avoid having a desktop. Why .. I used to be a gaming freak
    Gave my desktop to dad and bought this laptop couple of years ago. Now I can't play my games, the onboard graphics card sucks
    But all in all, I can concentrate on work. Laptop is better for me

    Gone from desk-top to the dark-side of laptops. However, I kinda agree with RemodelingGuy -FREEDOM is getting away from the beast, and it makes it harder now that I can lug mine around everywhere!

    Both!
    I'm gonna go with both.

    I use my Desktop way more but I also use my Laptop a lot.
    it's for couch Netflix chill time.

    But I have my HTML files across my sites all synced and I can pick up where I left off on either computer.

    my son has to deal with images and videos.
    notebook would be too slow for him.
