Surely, collective feedback about the detrimental effect the LMI initiative has had on affiliates and program managers having to deal with the issues it has caused with their affiliates, could be sent to one person who would, "get the hint!"
Anyone have any idea who we could contact beyond their "customer support?" I have a rep, but feel our collective voices should be brought to senior management.
