Amazon Browsenode id for Top Selling
    Hello everyone,

I know there are quite a few Amazon associates on this site, and I'm hoping that someone could let me know what is the browsenode id for top selling items, not top selling in one particular category, but top selling in general, or hot deals, even coupons.

I'm looking for products to feature on the homepage of LiveWebShop.com , and I'm trying to do this in a programatic way. I hate to think of the idea of updating anything daily/manually.

    thanks for your responses,
    PuReWebDev

Not sure if there is a way to sort by top selling overall. Sort by sales rank for a particular browsenode is possible. Pretty sure there isn't a way to do hot deals or coupons.

Have you tried the Amazon ECS Developer Forums? They have a lot of information there. Just do a search for "Top Sellers".

    Also you can check out

Thanks for the recommendation, that was actually one of the first places I checked. After I posted here, I sent a support inquiry to Amazon directly and came to find out that the information I was looking for was not available via a browsenode, but you actually have to email amazon's deals and coupons email address and subscribe to the email messages.

thanks for your response though, it is apprietiated.

Interesting hadn't heard of an email newsletter for that. I'll have to contact them as well. I'm suprised they don't have some kind of feed for it... What did you ask for, their deals and coupons?

When I inquired, this was the response I got back:
Thanks for writing to the Amazon.com Associates Program.

We offer a Deal & Coupon mailing that we periodically send to
Associates. If you would like to receive these mailings, please do
    the following:

    1) Send an email to associate-promotions@amazon.com with your
Associates ID asking to be subscribed.
    2) Make sure your e-mail preferences are set to be subscribed to
    Merchandising Tips

To set your preferences, please log into Associates Central via the
    following URL:

    https://associates.amazon.com

Once you have logged in, click "Your Account" in the upper right-
hand corner of the page, and then click "Change your communication
preferences." You can then check the appropriate checkboxes and
    press "Change Subscriptions."

    Thanks for choosing Amazon.com Associates.

    thanks,
    PuReWebDev
