Due to my final answer, this one freaked me out.

    Quick Exercise for the Mind

Carry out this test: it's quite bizarre. Just follow the instructions as quick as possible but only one question at a time--do not carry on reading the following questions before you finish the previous one. You do NOT need to write the answers, just do it using your mind. You'll be overwhelmed by the result. (Well, maybe underwhelmed. But it sure freaked me out. My nephew called wanting to know hyow I got into his head.)

    How much is: 15+6

    3+56

    89+2

    12+53

    75+26

    25+52

    63+32

I know! Calculations are hard work but this is the real thing!

    Come on a few more.

    123+5

QUICK! THINK ABOUT A TOOL AND A COLOR!

    Scroll further to the bottom....

    A bit more....

    Just a little further......

You have just thought about a red hammer, haven't you?

If this is not the case you are among 2% of the people who have a "different" if not abnormal mind. 98% of the folks would answer a "red hammer" while doing this exercise. If you do not believe this, pass it around and you'll see. Let me know what you think or think of IT. I don't know if the percentages are true, but enough people answered "Red Hammer", that it sent me thinking.

LOL, you got me... yeah a red hammer...

OK, lets reverse engineer this. It was my second thought as I realized why I thought of a red hammer.

A whole bunch of annoying calculations.
If a train leaves Chicago at 4:30PM at 45 MPH etc etc etc

A red hammer --- I wanted to hurt something.

    One point for you, LOL.

After all those calculations a CALCULATOR seemed quite logical...

But don't ask me why I wanted a RED calculator.

Hmph. I matched on 50% of it. That isn't different enough...

Blue hammer here - actually I bought a hammer earlier today before reading this (just a plain uncolored wood one), so not sure how much that influenced my choice.

Wonder what would happen if you asked the same question straight-out without all the calculations.

I tried just asking someone (without the calcs) verbally today to think of a tool & a color - got a red wrench. Maybe you just gotta do the calculations to get the hammer!
