How long will cached pages stay in the serps?
Silly me. I redid one of my dud pages and completely removed a program that was converting horribly. That was 2 weeks ago.

In the last 2 days I have gotten HUGE sales from the page I redid. I was very patient with that merchant...I probably had that page up for 2+ years with sales tossed here and there.

Now I am kicking myself for taking it down. Any idea how long my little run can last? And...any way to get a copy of my old page so I can put it back up? I kinda like it now!

You might try the Way Back Machine...
    http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

You could check your server stats to find out who is serving up the cached page and then go there to scoop it up.

    Best of luck!

Thank you -that was a great idea. Now I am all set and didn't have to rebuild the page.

I think Yahoo keeps cached pages longer than Google - Every couple of weeks or so I get an order from an old adult sextoy site that hasn't been live for over a year - It is reffered from a really oddball search, that brings up a really old cached page - but I receive my commission from it - not much, but thanks for the beer!
