True story BTW. The car is parked right outside my apartment and would have been tagged to be towed today, had my father not stopped by and seen the notice on the windshield. LOL

Thanks for that link, I will take a look at it. I need to find UK programs that will accept US affiliates.

LOL - well I do work outside alot. I've got a wireless network for my notebook and a wonderful patio but it faces the backyard of the builiding. I'm on the 3rd floor and surrounded by trees. It's like living in a treehouse and I really can't see what is on my windshield.

I am planning a trip to the ground floor for next year's vacation.

    ROTFL!

Well if I can figure a way to extend to the park around the corner, I might be induced to leave the building sooner.

One thing they have in New York that I wish they had around Philly is the ad-hoc "free bandwidth" movement.

One drawback about coding affiliate sites - as opposed to developing for clients - is that you pretty much have to be connected to the Net to the net to code your pages - ie to use the link code generators - esp if you are building product pages. Among other reasons, that's why I wish more merchants would make datafeeds available so I can just download and take it with me. Then I might actually be able to go out to lunch once in a while

Ha ha, that reminds me of winter before last. My car had 1 1/2 feet of accumulated snow (almost a whole winter's worth) before I moved it!! The neighbors were absolutely SHOCKED that it actually RAN! (Started right up...gotta love it!)

One was so glad to see that it still moved and wasn't going to be a junk car eyesore for him to glare at in the spring, that he actually towed me out of the snowbank which had appeared on and around the car without me even asking!

LOL - well be sure I called the Chief of Police and gave him a piece of my mind about it! What I don't get is that the car doesn't look like a junker - not in the least - all the tags and registration are in order and registered to *this* address!

I think some neighbor was jealous that I get to work at home and they don't

Hey Eaglefire - if your apartment faces your car and you have a remote door opener/alarm - you might want to hang out your window once or twice a week and give it a beep. At least the neighbors wood think you just got out the car and made a quick dash to your apartment. LOL!!! So fast they missed ya.

    LOL - good idea JK.

In fact I'll go one better - lie in wait for the beat cop to come round and ticket it again, then when he gets to the windshield I'll give it a beep and watch him lose his bladder. LOL.
