    odd cj link redirect
This is new one for me.

Checking some of my links in firefox, I noticed one of my cj links (supposedly to an electronics merchant) redirects to some web-design co. ???

Then I checked the link in IE , it returns a 404 page.

Then I checked the link in Opera, it returns an error page.

The web design co. does'nt seem to be a cj merchant. Link is in the form of
    http://www.************/click-9999999-10370861

I don't think I was hacked, no other links seem to be affected.

Exactly how did you obtain the link? If through GET HTML in the CJ Account Manager, is the exact same link still there?

Networks have been known to provide invalid links, but likely the fault of the merchant.

Got it from a GET HTML email link that brings the code up from cj.com

Looks like the code has been changed. (and link expired)

Just thought it was weird that the link went to a totally different (non cj merchant) company.

web-design may be hosting the merchant's links (at least some of them). Doubleclick hosts some of the banners of a Linkshare merchant we are affiliated with. You're not supposed to use an email link on a webpage.

Right, it wasnt a link for email marketing, it was a link in My email.
A 'get new coupons from so-and-so merchant kind of thing'. Thanks
