Action: Pending Sale - Commission $0 Question
I had a sale show up for Domestications today with a commission of $0. I looked at the commission detail and it shows Advertiser action as Type - advanced sale, Name - pending sale.

I looked up Action pending sale and it says:

The customer must complete an onine purchase within in their shopping cart. Action referral period: 30 days.

So, does that mean after 30 days my commission will show up?

No. It means that cookie duration is 30 days.
For the transaction - many merchants consider the order "complete" when it ships. Until then you commission will show as $0.

Or it could be the merchant's way of recording a catalog request or a gift certificate sale. Most merchants do not pay affkliates on the sale of gift certificates, they pay commission on the redemption.

I get a few $0.00 txns each month. I quit worrying about them.

I report $0 sales to the AM for the program and always recieved a manual correction commission on the transaction.

The source of $0 sales sometimes is a bug in the reporting through CJ, data fields mismatched that generate $0 sale and commssion. Happens from time to time.

I would email the AM for the program to check the sale, just refer the transaction ID to them in the email.

I have over $3000 in sales from Domestications and Silhouettes in the last 2 months that are marked as "Pending Sales". I tried contacting them directly to find out why such a large amount has not converted to a confirmed sale but have not gotten a response.
