    Google Reps are Creepy...
They are just way too freakin polite! Every letter I get from them is "thank you this" and "thank you that." My ass is red from being french kissed by their entire staff:

    Hello ****,

I want to thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this matter.

Please note that our Engineers have been notified of the issue and are working diligently to find a solution.

I will certainly contact you as soon as I hear back from them.

Again, I thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have any additional questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Sincerely,

    *****

    The Google AdWords Team

Google reps are incredibly happy and polite, yes it is a tad creepy. If they work at the Googleplex, I suppose they have a reason to be happy!

Also, why do they call their technicians/coders engineers?! Engineers climb up ladders and fix stuff!

    Oh, Please...

It's just typical Big Company CS BS, using quotes from their little handbooks on how to respond to customers. Their probably paid well and pressured not to "F-up".

If Uncle Fester was running the show, every site out there would be rotated through top rankings and free Adwords would be given out regularly.....Just Imagine

    Maybe he IS running it!
    1) Even the junkiest spam gets good rankings sometimes (every site is rotated IN to the top rankings),
    and
    2) No matter what, every site gets rotated OUT of the top eventually, regardless of quality, to make room for the new ones coming in!

No luck on the free AdWords so far, though.

Valley Girl speech habits aside, they are always polite, attentive and consistent. I'd give them a high grade for CS. I do get a kick out of their tone inflection though!!! Takes me back to my youthful days in the "Valley". lol
