    CSS or .HTAccess or ...?
I currently have a my sql database set up but I need to instead replace the field tags within my files via the css or .htaccess files instead of via the database.

For example, in my files I have the tag: <?=$merchant_name?> and would like to be able to go into either the css file or .htaccess file - whichever is easier - and be able to put what I want for the merchant name and have it show up throughout the site:

Ex: $merchant_name = Name of Merchant

Is this possible? If so, how?

    Thanks,
    Kip

I don't think either route will work. css controls the look of your site and .htaccess is part of Apache configuration.
