    Any contact info?
Ok I misplaced a few checks from linkshare merchants, when I recently moved, and since it's a fair sum, was wondering who to contact at linkshare to ask them to re issue them.. Tried the fax number out of service, any contact emails that would go thru.. thanks...

    Justdoit,
If you need to remove a payment hold on your account, your best bet is to contact Affiliate Support on Wednesday 888-SHARE-89 ext. 644 from 9 am to 6 pm EST. They can help you resolve any payment issues you are having.

I'd be more impressed if she didn't think JustDoIt was talking about a hold on the account

    Ranae,

With all respect, did you read my post, all 3 lines of it?
I never mentioned a hold on my account, I lost of a few checks and wanted them replaced....

Your fax number does not work and your customer service is great if you want to talk to soneone who has no clue on how to reissue a check.
Which is why I posted here to see if anyone from ABW maybe had an alternate email to get thru to a real human person there that may know what they were doing...

    Leader, you are too funny....

    how to reissue a check
    Different department.

I spoke to someone there in Affiliate Support this week (who was very nice and helpful) and due to some lost checks my physical mailing address of record had to be verified (which was done by email) and the OK sent over to accounting to take care of. It's the accounting department that actually does the "figgerations" and makes the disbursements.
