Thumbs up Read interview with a web entrepreneur...
As some of you may know, I'm from a journalistic background. I've finally completed an interview with an online entrepeneur and published it here.

He reveals why he's stopped using Adwords and, unlike in suck-up interviews you usually see in magazines or on websites, I ask him tough questions like why he feels his website will still be around in a few years when the vast majority of small businesses fail.

Nice.. u might want to submit it to a few search engines for faster distribution. Not sure whether there are any free PR companies out there but just a thought

Interesting read, good interview . What level has the business reached? Has he been able to concentrate strictly on the toy biz and leave accounting? I might have missed it, but I don't think this was clarified in the interview.

We actually did open a shop in York. However, we found that although people loved our unique toys, they often went away and would search for the same products on the internet in order to find them at a lower price.

For this reason we decided to close the shop and focus purely on our website. I definitely think that the internet is the way forward and we are therefore doing our best to make the most of it and offer the best choice to our customers at an affordable price.
I liked this part. Maybe 'real time shops' will stop working at all, soon...

Thank you for the kind words.

    - I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Waheed is not working on Hibba.co.uk full-time

    - I personally do think real world stores have their place and think it would be sad if they all closed down. Society is disintegrating as it is, with young people spending so much time in their bedrooms, glued to their PCs and televisions. It would be awful if we lived our entire lives doing everything on a computer. Just read today that people will be able to carry out entire BA degrees online for the first time ever here in the UK...

I wish they shipped to the US. I love their unique toys. So how about direct them to shareasale? and UPS for "US" orders?

Thanks again for the thumbs up.

netnow22 - I've asked the owner and, yes, they do ship to the United States (though shipping costs are added to the prices obviously). Get in touch with them for more info.
