SUREFIT has closed its account in Linkshare and still don't pay affiliates for period from Mar, 2004 !

At this time, SUREFIT have an account on the CJ.

Wow, have you tried to contact the AM about it yet?
They are a big company, I don't think they would sacrifice reputation for a few dollars.

Do you mind disclosing about how much they owe you?

The problem first is with LinkShare. If there's fraud, it's LinkShare fault. These people are paid around 30% of our income to act as a "trusted third party"
LinkShare should deactive their merchants as soon as there's a payment problem OR have the honesty to pay OUR commissions with their own money. LinkShare is taking the responsability to extend credit to their merchants, not US.
This problem is as old as LinkShare. I saw them extending credit to bankrupted cies at OUR expenses without telling us.
Anyway, never work with network hoppers. It shows there's a problem.

SureFit may be a big company but they are going through some hard times, closed up lots of things in the Lehigh Valley (Pa), laid off lots of people, got bought out (I think) and I think most of their manufacturing went overseas. They've hit some hard times in recent years.

Surefit used to be my best converting merchant when at LS and paid everything that they owed me. As soon as they jumped to CJ they let in the parasites and sales dropped to a trickle and finally stopped. I just pulled all their links last week.

Well before you call them frauds, why not go to their home page. I see 2 BIG banners directing you to join the affiliate program. These may or may not be new as I do not have them in my site.

Maybe you missed them moving their program to an in-house setup?

SureFit not paid me for Mar, 2004 $39.60
    Jan, 2004 $36.60
    Dec, 2003 $29.20

This is not the big money for court or etc...
    But. I feel myself defrauded.

The ability to call a deadbeat, doesn't make them any less of a deadbeat!
    They should just PAY UP!

Plus, calling and hearing some crock o' crap excuse, or getting the runaround in his ear instead of over the email, is just adding insult to injury.

Anyway it "sounds" like V_Are isn't in the US and probably can't call without spending a small fortune. "Toll free" isn't free if you're overseas.

After dealing with bellsouth's boiler room (they call it customer service) over a fee increase dispute, I agree with Leader. Calling is just a way to ruin a day.

Big companies worry about their reputations. Yeah, right.

Notify them by mail of the dispute and your intent. If they ignore you, file a complaint with the BBB to warn other people and to get mediation if that is an option.
