    New Hockey Season
The new season is only a week away. Any big predictions on who's gonna be big and who's gonna small.

There have been too so many trades and signings this summer that I'm not sure who's going to come out on top.

I think most of the big teams are going to come from the South East... Carolina and Tampa are going to remain super powers with Atlanta not far behind.

I'm rooting for the Leafs, let's hope those trades helped.

And you walk the streets of Ottawa?
Or anywhere outside the greater Toronto area?

go Vancouver ... sigh. It's gonna be a rough year. unless luongo gets all and nazzy & the twins step it up 8 notches and we get some top tier production from a rookie or two and pigs fly
    But I'm hopefull

Ouch... talk about a knife through the eye.

And I proudly walk the streets of Ottawa wearing my Leafs jersey... I get a lot of hisses and boo's but what can I say. Sens fans are just mad that we beat them in the play-offs every time we meet.

Go Oilers...However they made some poor moves in the off season. Losing Chris Pronger is going to hurt their chances of a play off run.

I don't know why people find this so hard to beleive. Yes... I am a Leafs fan living in Ottawa.

Just remember... deep down inside most Sens fans were once Leafs fans.

    Showing two things.
    1) Evolution exists
    2) It's a slooooooow process

    Ryan,

We live in the same town. I have talked it over with my wife and we would be happy to come over this weekend and help you and your Leafs Jersey move to TO.

(I was never a Leafs fan)

I have to have faith in my Coyotes this year.

And for all you fans, I have to brag that I get to eat lunch with Wayne Gretzky in a week. Get a 99 jersey autographed and a special pre lunch reception.

Gotta root for the Islanders...However things are looking a little bleak at the moment...maybe we can get some production from some rookies, because we all know Yashin isn't gonna do much. It looks like he is skating through mud when he plays(soooo slow)

What is this hockey you speak of?

Is this some sort of sporting event?
