    Negative current balance?
Does anyone know why we might have a negative current balance?

I am looking at our Current Balance and see our commissions of X, and our publisher payments of X + $200. This doesn't make sense because we were only paid X.

The total is displayed as -$200.

I am somewhat puzzled as to why/how this changed today. We were paid the correct amount last week.

    Thanks,

    Alex

Did you sign up for datafeed access? That is the amount they charge to access the datafeeds.

    No on datafeed access...

What I find odd is that CJ now says they paid us more than they actually did, and that's how they arrive at this -$200 balance...

Is there anyone we can ask at CJ about these things? We're actually a very large publisher but never hear back from anyone...

    Thanks,

    Alex
