    TOS and Everything else
What all should I worry about writing for my affiliates program as far as information? I just want to make sure I cover all the basics.

i think you are looking at SAS rite? Do they have a template TOS?

I took LS and added things like
-No trademark bidding and I listed the 4 terms + misspelling
    -No spamming
    -etc

Correct, SAS has a standard TOS that excludes parasites and other nasties and then you add your ppc bidding terms and any other special types of restrictions your company may need.

Then look at the TOS for some programs you like and adapt them to your own needs. If you are going indy, you really need a lawyer to give you feedback and guidance.
