Angry Wow, Harry and David 1%, no return days and no coupons?
You would think a company that is so high end would pay a bit more than 1%. :0(

I think they are more interested in gaining new customers than paying for them.

Even worse payouts than the travel and electronics industry. And I doubt their margins are as low, (or that 4 figure sales are as common )

Kmart is a close second at 2%. I guess they feel their branding is enough but who wants to promote merchants that pay so little?

Anne, thanks for pointing this out. The rate was mis-quoted in the interface and has been corrected. All fees will be calculated at the correct rate. The default commission structure for Harry and David is listed below for your reference. Apologies for any confusion.

    -larry

    Tier, Monthly sales

    6% $0-$1K
    7% $1K-$3K
    8% $3K+

Not a bad commission structure, but how about return days? That's where some of them get us, even with decent percentages, and once bitten hard with non-commissionable sales for being after super short return days, you kind of devlop a fear of the gnashing of greedy merchant teeth.

Unfortunately, the program is session based referrals only right now. We are working with them to make a case to extend the cookie duration and we'll keep the group posted on our progress.
