October 11th, 2006, 08:31 AM #1Discontinued merchant programs? Are they really??
Draper's & Damon's, Inc. is the most recent to be listed under the
Discontinued Merchant Programs"
Could somebody please, pretty please explain to me what exactly does the term "Discontinued Merchant Programs" mean? I understand what it says under the "more info" in the little pop up box but don't understand how a site can be put into this category and then a few days later be in the "reactivated program" category.
I understand reasons why it would be in the "discontinued" category but how or what are they doing to be just a few days later placed in the reactivated?? Was it just a misunderstanding, a mistake, an oops never mind or what??
I'll find out a site has been placed under Discontinued Merchant and then I remove their links. Guess what I'm trying to ask is.......is there a reason why I should place any of their links back on my site??

there are many reasons a program will become active again.
"reactivated" section reminds us to put links up again,
otherwise you will stop promoting a program even they become active status later

I just got notice they are now with Performics, so I would say, no, they won't be reactivated at LS.

Yeap, I received that yesterday, too. Not positive, but think they're auto approving their affiliates that came from LS.
