This has been bugging me for some time now, and have decided to ask the question "Why am I not receiving all of the email that are listed under mail at CJ???"
When I check under mail I have two mail folders on is the main folder where I get acceptance, not approved and Terminated email. Out of these I may get the acceptance email but I never get the two other types of email sent to my address. Another Folder "Advertiser News" I may get 50% of the emails.
I really would like to get all of these emails sent to my email account.
I do not block any spam email or I receive all emails sent.
Under Message Recipients >>> "Select at least one recipient to receive the following email types." I have all box’s picked!!!
Any ideas why I do not get all of my email?? Anyone else having this problem??MERCHANTS: Start showing your coupons directly on your site, that way your shoppers will stop leaving your site looking for them!! If not then remove your Coupon Box!!
