I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Any gurus feel generous in lending me a hand today via pm? I am wanting to create url friendly static looking pages from my php pages.
The big shots are only the little shots who keep shooting.

do a google for "Mod Rewrite tutorial" and there's a lot of places with info about how it all works.

The first mistake I see with mod_rewrite is people on IIS servers, you need special plugins for that, if in linux, make sure its enabled under apache (some hosts don't).
