    Unhappy Help with resend the check from Allposters.com
    How I can ask the allposters.com to resend the check?
    My May and July checkís was lost, and allposters.com doesnít answer at my mail support@usposters.org. Help with this incident. 4 month ago.

    Try calling AllPosters.com between 9am-6pm PST (California time) which is 8pm-5am in your timezone.

Today, I researched your account in our affiliate tracking systems, then went to our finance department and reviewed all of the payments we've issued to you. I'll contact you directly with those private details, using the information you gave us when you joined our program.

    Also today, one of the members of my team, Stephen Rowland, has replied to an e-mail from you regarding your payments.

    I've listed the best ways to contact us below. If you do send a fax to the general corporate fax number, I'd suggest also contacting us with one of the other methods, so we can make sure to watch for the fax.

    We'll be happy to make this right, and given the information from finance it will not be a problem getting you your payments. We can verify your payment address and then re-issue the checks if necessary.

    Question Need valid mailing address

    The same day I posted a reply here (October 25th), I sent you an e-mail (to the support@usposters.org e-mail address that you listed in this thread), with all the details about your checks (check numbers, amounts, dates, payable to, mailing address, cashed by, cashed date). E-mail title: "Your checks from AllPosters.com Affiliate Program".

    In there, I asked you to tell us what address you want your re-issued checks sent to. We only have one address for you. That's where we've sent all of your checks. Some you've received and cashed, others have not been cashed. I detailed all of that in the e-mail.

    Unfortunatley, I don't see an answer to that e-mail. If you could please e-mail me back, I would be very happy to reissue your checks. I just don't want to keep sending them to an address where they do not reach you. If you haven't received that e-mail, I'll be glad to resend it, as well.

    Email him or call him. It really serves no purpose to keep posting here, in a forum which he doesn't visit regularly, about a problem that only he can solve.
