Is there a better way to contact Linkshare
I'm trying to resolve a problem with LinkShare and have tried to contact them via their mail system. No reply for weeks at a time. Is there an e-mail address that goes directly to someone at Linkshare that can help with payment issues?

They have a booth at EcomExpo today and I believe tomorrow. You should be able to catch quite a few people from Linkshare there.

If you don't plan to visit eComXpo (It's a virtual expo), try:
    LinkShare Customer Support at abw@linkshare.com
    or call 888-SHARE-89 ext. 644.

Doesn't matter where you are. It's an online conference:

They've got several people at their virtual booth ready to talk.

    Hi All,
The best way to reach our Customer Support team is to complete the form at this site www.linkshare.com/support. We get a lot of spam from the @linkshare.com addresses and emails get blocked. You can also try the 888 number Zeus listed.

Which would get Customer Support more quickly and with satisfying results: the support form or the telephone number?
I called three times when I had a serious problem but I had to leave a message each time as no person picked up the telephone at the Linkshare office; no one returned my telephone calls either. In terms of probability (to keep in mind for future reference), which method gets attention?

    Thanks in advance.

I just wanted to share my experience with regard to Linkshare's customer service (or lack of). I've tried to contact them several times and they've never responded.

The Linkshare affiliate support link is http://www.linkshare.com/support

    which redirects to

    http://ssl.linksynergy.com/php-bin/a.../support.shtml

and when you click submit, the form doesn't process and you get 404 error message.

Does Linkshare care about their customers? Apparently not based on the way they handle customer support issues. I am going to cancel my account... If they can't answer my emails or return my calls I am certainly not going to depend on them sending me commission checks.

Works fine for me too I just tested it. Looks like a local/browser issue not an LS issue.

    Cheers
