redhatsandmore - Declined on Auto Approve
It seems is set up for auto approval, however I got auto-declined.

Under view program details, I get this:

Red Hats and More Clothing 12.00 % $ 0.00 $ 0.00 [View Details of this Program] [Enrolled in Program]
Under Get A Link, I get this:
Online Clothing Red Hats and More View Program Description Read Affiliate Agreement 12.00 % $0.00 $0.00 Declined
I already got the link yesterday, but now it does not work and sends me to a page that says this:

The link is not currently active. There are a number of reasons that you may have received this message.........

    mr jones,

Shoot them an email if you would like to be reviewed again. Auto-approve merchants still have the right to review sites and decline them if they feel they need to.

Thing is - I am 3 hours into it. That's not fair. Either autoapprove or don't - as far as I'm concerned.

    Hello Redhats -

Having being accepted to your program yesterday, I was later declined.

Can you please tell me why, as I would like to address these objections for future programs?

    Thank you.

    Hi Brian,

I was in a hurry on the last post there (picking up the kids from school).

Thank you for the guidance - that is just one reason I enjoy working with SAS!

Okay I have dialog going with Redhats and they are responsive, which is good.

However, they really need to revisit their auto-join function. They told me that my site(s) demographics is not a good fit.

Bottom line - and just for the record - they actually review sites before acceptance. So, I wrote back and said that in my opinion, if that's the case, they should not use the auto-join function. Okay - time to move on.

One of the first few mistakes i had made reviewing sites that apply for my program! Not too good!

I have a site specifically geared toward middle-aged women but was turned down. Guess the demographic is wrong, but it makes me wonder - who are they looking for as their target market, hotties, rapper ladies and biker chicks?

Middle aged women is exactly the market that should be targeted for redhatsandmore, and older as that is the whole gist of the red hat society thing. My SIL can't wait to age up and be able to join the ladies!
