November 2nd, 2006, 01:05 PM #1ValueClick 3Q Profit Up, Boosts OutlookDigital marketing services company ValueClick Inc. said Wednesday third-quarter earnings rose 53 percent on higher revenue, prompting the company to boost its full-year financial forecast.
ValueClick shares surged 69 cents, or 3.7 percent, to $19.55 in after-hours trading, after closing the regular Nasdaq session at $18.86.
Net income rose to $16.8 million, or 17 cents per share, from $11 million, or 13 cents per share, last year. That surpassed the 14-cent average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson First Call.
Revenue expanded 69 percent to $137.9 million from $81.4 million last year, beating the Street's estimate for $134.4 million.
I am thinking that the LMI did not harm their bottom line that much after all. But, if they were to go through with it, I think it surely would have.

I guess CJ is a small division in ValueClick.

I have not been able to find a breakdown, but I think most of the growth is due to the acquisition of FastClick and Webclients.
