I can't find my CJ whistle, but a quick look around turned up t-shirts from priceline.com and net@ddress.usa.net (e-mail that hunts you down like the animal you are -- I actually wear this one)

I'm pretty sure I have one from Amazon.com around here somewhere.

    What prizes do you have?

I have quite a few T-shirts from several companies from back when the Internet bubble was at it's peak. I would sign up for some free service like Auction Rover, and the next thing you know I'd be getting something in the mail. In fact, Auction Rover sent me a whole bunch of stuff like pens, pads, and I can't remember what all. I haven't seen a free gift from anyone in a long time now.

Best I did was with I think it was Michael Jordan's MVP.com site. Don't know if the site is still there or not, but all you had to do was fill out your name and address for a free pair of Asic tennis shoes and a t-shirt - I forget how many but they gave away several thousand pairs. I never even got any junk mail from them.
I still have a couple boxes full of mostly unwearable t-shirts.

I have a Google T-shirt (and over 100 from other companies), CJ Whistle, IBM flip calculator/clock. I could write pages on all the prizes/freebies I have but those are a few off the top of my head.

Same goes for whistles, caps, T-shirts.
Money always fits and the color's always right.
