    First of all i do not know if this is the most appropriate forum, but i only want some thoughts about the subject...
    I sell travel products in Asia and my merchant (asiarooms/asiavoyage24) is heavily promoting Phone Inn & Fax as alternatives to "internet credit card" booking to reserve a room.
    My question is: how easy (or difficult) can a cookie be implemented into a fax form. As in that case i get credit for the reservation.
    The cookie is already on the persons browser.
    The point is i want to ask the CEO about this and like to have some thoughts before....

    I don't know about putting a cookie on a fax form, but it could be implemented with some type of referral code or agent ID that appears on the fax. Then when the order is processed, that code is on the fax. We do orders this way when we are processing our telephone orders (in some cases, a fax verification is needed to start service, and an agent ID appears on that fax).
