CJ should deactivate them. They must be in trouble. Why do you have to stop taking orders if your new design is not ready. Doesn't make sense. Anyway, I just switch all my links to their competition. Second time I'm doing that for handbags in less than a week.

Words cannot describe the utter stupidity of some merchants...their site is blank with a lame
"Sorry site under renovations" or some such rubbish!
No advance warning to affiliates they're upgrading or whatever they're doing,
just a feeble email via CJ to take they're
    links down!
JT Century...it was nice for awhile but I'm not playing this game!

I agree, they must be in trouble. A smart merchant would have redesigned the site long before they got to this point and would have had an easy transistion to the new site.

Hopefully Todd will see this, but you might want to contact CJ directly.

I had just added links to them last week since I couldn't kill my designer pages totally, and with the upcoming 4th quarter figured I should at least capitalize on them.

Hate this, since this puts me back at square one (my nemesis of reversals Rafaello ties) or fishing for a new merchant. Niether is my idea of a great way to spend an evening.

Poor judgement or sinking business, I don't know, but the silver-lining? They DID notify us.

They did do that part right.

    [They did notify us-Cedric]
They certainly did, but on the day they take their site down!

Common courtesy would be to give affiliates
a weeks notice and at least some indication
of when they're going to be up again.

Sounds more like a lame excuse to me. And sarcastically commenting that my extended sale will no doubt be showing as a reversed sale next. What a load of cr+p

It was so cold last winter that I saw a lawyer with his hands in his own pockets.

Yeah, I did mean to mention that they did at least notify. Not like DeliverAll.

However, Campbell Hausfeld notified a couple of weeks before dropping their aff program, as did Capitol One. I have a hard time thanking a merchant who notifies me that site is already dead.

Thanks to cookies, I had a sale with JT yesterday. Sigh.
