not sure where to post this

everytime i come ehre i see really embarrassing typos and im not talking about in the posts, im talking aboutin the banners.

inotify the people but it is never changed, so im going to mention the latest on ehre because maybe you can persude this person(s) to change because HOW can you run a webdesign site with such a prominent typo!!!

that affiliate makeover person is the latest...

i keep seeing a banner rotated here and ithas aa big ugly typo.

it is the banner that says "is your website ugly"? etc etc

it mentions the word inefective, ya the word inefective is spelled wrong.

its pretty glaring. so, if you arent getting results, maybe thats why??

lol, who is it that makes these banners anyways and am i the only one that reads them?? lol

if i did this right, here is the banner URL
    http://www.abestweb.com/jimk468.gif

oh, and to save any arguments, here is the correct spelling
    http://www.dictionary.com/search?q=ineffective

it has ONE n and TWO f's!

    NOT 2 N's and ONE f!!!

    thanks

    Lauren,

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm a designer, not a spelling bee champ!

    Jim

P.S. I guess you take the term "raging affiliate" pretty seriously. So far, after reading your latest posts, I can conclude that you certainly are raging.

However, please watch the meter on the "troll" scale. ABW wants people who are helpful and who add value (like find typos!), not trolls who just criticize and provoke, which seems to be where your latest posts are going.

If you want to cause trouble instead of providing value, please find another board. Ofcourse, that's just my opinion. Although I doubt I'd find many here that disagree.

Is there anyway to be less "raging"? lol

Hey lauren, I was just starting to really like you. Youre probably the most entertaining loony that has ever graced abestweb. I hope you dont get banned, in fact Haiko should give you your own forum.

It could be called the lauren stephens raging loony show.

No thanks, let's keep this kind of loony junk on the Jerry Springer Show where it belongs.

I have read Laurens postings before. I think for her to have her own thread would be great! Yes, sometimes she goes way out in left field. But also, she sometimes is right on the mark.

In any event, she is thought provoking any frequently informative.

I would love to have a Raging affiliate forum.

    Who better than Lauren?

    Let's do it.

Leader, I think there is a place even for Jerry Springer.

You wouldn't need to read the thread if it doesn't interest you. By having its own place, people could either go there or skip it because they would have a good idea what it is about from the git go.

Ssanf... I still disagree. That unprovoked flaming of hers only degrades the boards.

I, if it was you vs. her, and she was in physical range of her, you would have "thumped her--hard"! Please don't expect us to have a "tolerant" response when you have said so many times how you have thumped those who P*ssed you off--even to the point of being hauled into court over it!

You're allowed to thump your apprentices!! Aren't you???

This reminds me of the look on my dog's face once when my friend's Yorkie tried to growl him into abandoning his dinner. He looked at me between facefulls and asked 'if this guy was serious?'

People have had a go at you before. I don't recall their names.

Who says Lauren started this? The wheel of karma keeps on turning.

Granted, she may not have been personally provoked here, but it appears to me that the doctor is getting a taste of his own medicine.

I remember somebody who came barnstorming in here and ripped open new a-holes for some newbies who asked for site reviews. Welcome to ABW.

    Will everybody please calm down.

Take a deep breath and let's debate things according to their merits.

For starters, let's stop using the S-word.
Somebody started that at me on the other thread. Did I get angry? nope. I did not go down to their level.

So... let's go and debate things.

What's the big whoop? She found a typo in my banner. I said thanks for that. Then just made a comment about her postings on OTHER threads.

Deelz, what the heck are you talking about? I have never, and let me repeat, ever, ripped someone's site apart as to make them look like a jerk, or to embarass them. I have only tried to be helpful and provide value, as opposed to what I believe Lauren the Rager is being.

If somebody has issues with me or my program, I'd be happy to discuss them off public board. This is not the place as many would like to think it is.
