    Zappos - Accept new terms?
Just received a request in CJ to accept or decline terms with Zappos along with several others. Was there a change in Zappos terms or is this just an annual thing? I could not find anything that has changed. Anyone else?

    Thanks

The "unless extended" seems like a new one to me.

Maybe they are going to extend on purchases that do not ship to the buyer's proper billing address? Some merchants do this.

That's strange, when I accepted their program. The "Special Program Terms & Conditions" link disappeared from the Zappos details page. hmmm?

they are offering more bonus for sales over a million dollars, it seems that's the only change in their terms.

    Ditto

Same thing happened here. If you look at the relationship history, you will see that the active date has changed for these last terms we accepted..

    Hmmm? is right...

I think it is strictly the bonus for the top tier publishers, no funny business.

I contacted Qiana Jones about this. She said
"we have added a new Performance Incentive Goal. If you go into your Special Terms, where you can view the Performance Incentive list, you will see a new Incentive. If you reach 1 Million in sales for any given month your Performance Incentive Bonus will be $7,500. This is the only thing that has changed nothing else has been added."

The new performance incentive almost made me cry. I would have been reaching close to that goal if the big G hadn't pulled the rug from under my ppc campaigns. Now I'm lucky if I reach the second tier. Oh well.

What happened with G? The quality score update or something else?

Quality Score, and no amount of tinkering makes a difference. They've always hated my shoe site. It dropped out of the free serps two years ago never to return, that's why I went to PPC. The model I was using is now dead. I've moved on to something else. Still, the thought of all that money....
