    Best Referral Program
Hello, I was hoping to get some feedback on what affiliates think would make the best super-affiliate referral program for an affiliate network/program to have. Here are some options:

    1 - 2% for life
    2 - $2-$5 per signup
    3 - 5% for the first year
    4 - 5% for the first 50K, 2% for the next 50K, perhaps a smaller amount ongoing
    5 - 5% for the first 6mo, 2% ongoing
6 - Combo of % and lead amount

Just to clarify, this referral program would be for affiliates referring their friends etc. to join an affiliate network.

    Thanks
    -Jordan

Nothing beats lifetime commission for me Obviously, one wants to have reassurance the network/program will probably be around in a few years time, but I'd go for the 2% residual option.

If it was technically possible, you could had two remuneration models and give affiliates the choice of a one-off lead fee or residual commission.

I think the either/or program would probably be the best too. I'm guessing a lot of directory type sites would be more inclined to a CPL deal whereas the general affiliate/superaffiliate audience would probably go for the residual one for referring their colleagues.

That is as long as affiliates don't start getting sneaky and doing a double redirect to get both!! Although I'm sure one could invent ways to stop that.
