Help! I wiped out my LS Merchants
All I did was deactivate AKA Gourmet because their links weren't working and somehow I wiped out all of my 232 LS Merchants. How do I get them back up.

    Chicgeek,
Are you able to log into your account? If you can, it sounds like you may have deactivated your channel. You can reactivate your channel by:
    1) Logging into your LinkShare account
    2) Choosing "update profile" from the Your Account tab
    3) Clicking on the channel name (grey box w/blue bar across top) in your channel manager
    4) Click on the link that says "reactivate my channel" under the channel manager

If you cannot log into your account at all, you have likely deactivated your main legal entity account. Please contact our Affiliate Support Team at www.linkshare.com/support and be sure to include your login and the error message you are getting.

I did deactivate the channel - but the reactivate channel is not showing up for me. I emailed LS affy support 13 hours ago AND STILL NO RESPONSE. In the meantime, I'm reapplying to my merchants and have been reapproved by about 1/3 of them.

You may have to change your links if you do it that way, probably best to not be so antsy...

    Chicgeek,
Did you complete the Help Form at www.linkshare.com/support? Without knowing the specifics on your account, I can't offer much help. You might also want to try calling our support department at 888-SHARE-89 ext. 644.

Yeah, I would call them, forget about the support form. I have never heard back using that.

    Hi Trust,

Apparently nobody answers the help support form. I'll try the phone number. I've been re-approved by most of my merchants now.

    Thanks.

Well the phone number is as useful as the support form. I get the all reps are busy message and placed on the hold queue....then about 15 minutes later I get a message recorded and the system hangs up.

So Ranae, is anybody working at Linkshare???

Update: This is a total farce. I tried again to call aff support. Again I get the all reps are busy message and get stuck on hold - after awhile I once again get the message received.

There is no option to leave a message - your just placed on hold and then get the message.
