Affiliate Marketers Care - Affiliate Summit 2007W
The Affiliate Jam Session and Sing-a-Long, sponsored by ShareASale, will be a live music karaoke and networking party for attendees of Affiliate Summit 2007 West but it's also a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada. There are a number of auctions on eBay where companies can bid to have host Brian Littleton, President/CEO of ShareASale, wear shirts, hats and pins with company logos during the Affiliate Jam Session and Sing-a-Long.

Your Company Shirt Worn At Affiliate Summit
Your Company's Hat Worn at Affiliate Summit
Your Pin or Bumper Sticker Worn at Affiliate Summit
The Affiliate Summit Staff Wants to Wear Your Logo

Affiliate Summit and ShareASale will each match up to $5,000 in donations.

Companies or individuals can donate directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada by going to: http://www.affiliatesummit.com/bbbsn

Talk about your warm fuzzy feelings!

I feel like we're in an old Christmas movie!

Way cool!! I know a bunny at The Palms. Wonder how much they'll charge me to borrow some bunny ears.

Thanks B and Lox! Mideaswell make that money count for something... for $50 you can make me put on anything you want and I have to wear it the whole time.

I will have tape, velcro, string and glue! You don't even have to provide your own adhesive...what a deal.
    Thanks,

Bummer! I know how much Debbie makes with SAS - I'll have to lend her $45

Make it easy on us Brian, and make one of the "Hurricane Disaster Support" buttons in SAS

    Advertising that keeps on giving
H: I can't thank you enough for posting this.

Big Brothers Big Sisters can make a big impact on a child's life and is an organization that we strongly support. I'm so pleased to see bids coming in already on each of the 4 auctions.

To any Company interested in bidding on the Affiliate Summit Staff Shirts Auction, keep in mind that there will be 15 staffers running around the show for 3 days in front of hundreds of companies, with your logo on them, if you're the winner.

Not only that, but your Company's logo will live on past the Conference in the post-show photos and movies where Shawn and I and our staffers appear ;-)

Winning this auction will kill two birds with one stone this Holiday Season:

    1. You can get some terrific branding at a very economical price.
    2. You can help out some great kids in need of mentors.

So please bid high and support BBBS of Southern Nevada.

    Many thanks,

    Missy

    Brian's bringing velcro...

    Scooter's... er... between girlfriends...

How's about we cover Scooter in velcro... and eligable female ABWers can pay $50 to throw themselves at Scooter...

Whoever "sticks"... gets to roam America for 6 months in a Winnegabago with a "SuperAffiliate"

(Of course, since it's for charity, I'd be willing to lower my high moral standards and cover myself in velcro and have women thow themselves at me for free )

    Velcro body suit

I think it's a great idea. I'd pay $50 to see Scoot and BK wear these.

Doing a little clarifying.... i've had a LOT of questions about the format...

My portion of the auctions is 3 fold, but the most interesting is:

For only $50 which goes 100% to the BBBS of Nevada charity - you have the right to make me wear anything you can think of (within reason. it has to be legal!)

If you have a sticker, sign, pin, button, stuffed animal, pants, shoes, slippers, other article of clothing, wristband, jewelry, book, pet, maybe not the pet, poster, etc... Anything.

I will wear it (taped or velcroed or glued to me) on the stage during the piano performance - I'll have about 20 different things so I'll look a bit like a NASCAR driver.

While it is ok to have something which is a corporate logo - it isn't required for anyone who doesn't really have anything "corporate logo" to participate with.

There are some great ideas in this thread as well as i've received on IM - so all we need now are some bidders.

(The shirt I'll be wearing, and the hat - are both seperate auctions since I only can wear one of each.)
    Thanks,

    Brian Littleton

Someone, please bid. If there aren't winning bidders, what's he going to wear?

I bet he'd look good in an Olive Drab tarp, though they are rather stinky. Wait, is that a downside?

On a side note, (keeping side notes out for a reason...)
